Project Manager

About the Role We are hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead complex automation and process system projects within food, beverage, and dairy manufacturing environments. You will take ownership of projects from concept through commissioning, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams to deliver high-quality, compliant process systems.Read on to find out what you will need to succeed in this position, including skills, qualifications, and experience.Key Skills and Capabilities Experience with sanitary process design and control system integration Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and project components simultaneously Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable working under pressure and managing demanding project environments Responsibilities: Project Leadership & Delivery Lead cross-functional teams including process, electrical, and software engineers Manage project timelines and ensure delivery against key milestones Monitor project costs to ensure alignment with budgets Client & Commercial Management Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients Identify opportunities for project growth and support new project initiation Develop budgets, proposals, and client presentations Execution & Support Oversee project documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency Run internal project review meetings Lead client-facing project meetings and updates Provide xywuqvp ongoing customer support both on-site and remotely Support system commissioning and startup activities at customer locations Requirements: 8–10+ years’ experience in engineering roles within food, beverage, dairy, or pharmaceutical sectors Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills Project management or construction management experience is beneficial
