YOUR IMPACT As a Customer Support Account Manager, youwill be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for our keyaccounts. Your expertise in building strong client relationships anddelivering exceptional support will drive customer satisfaction andLoyalty. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Relationship ManagementCultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assignedcustomer accounts through proactive communication and engagement.Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for allcustomer inquiries, requests, and escalations, ensuring timely andeffective resolution. Needs Assessment and Solutions: Proactivelyunderstand client needs and objectives, collaborating with internalteams to deliver tailored solutions and exceed expectations. IssueResolution and Escalation Management: Effectively handle escalations andresolve customer complaints or issues with professionalism andefficiency. Confer withcustomers by telephone or in person to provide information aboutproducts or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtaindetails of complaints. Keep records of customer interactions ortransactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments,as well as actions taken. Check to ensure that appropriate changes weremade to resolve customers\' problems. Contact customers to respond toinquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results or anyplanned adjustments. Determine charges for services requested, collectdeposits or payments, or arrange for billing. Refer unresolved customergrievances to designated departments for further investigation. Solicitsales of new or additional services or products. Compare disputedmerchandise with original requisitions and information from invoices andprepare invoices for returned goods. Obtain and examine all relevantinformation to assess validity of complaints and to determine possiblecauses, such as extreme weather conditions that could increase utilitybills. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Proven AccountManagement Experience: Demonstrated success in account management or asim lar customer-facing role, with a track record of building andmaintaining strong client relationships.
