Document Control Specialist
This is an on-site role in Tualatin OR, 11255 . Regular Shift, Mon-Fri, 40 hoursResponsibilities:Maintain site plans and building drawings, including electrical, mechanical, piping (plumbing, process, etc.), process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), instrumentation & control drawings (I&C), evacuation maps, fire riser maps, etc.Maintain a centralized document management system, including electronic document repositories and physical filing systems, to organize and store documents securelySearch file repositories and deliver requested information to stakeholdersIncorporate project close-out files into as-built documents; update and add new CAD drawings provided by the Construction or Engineering teamsFile various close-out documents, retain permit cardsCorrect incoming files for layering and other drawing standardsWork with stakeholders to create detailed drawings from sketches, layouts, or notes, for tool installations, main labs, specialized labs, and GWS-related manufacturing areasPerform field audits to verify accuracy and correctness of new and existing drawings; update drawings based on field measurementsUpdate electrical panel schedule and single line drawings based on field changesAssist in future CAD integration with Tririga Facilities Integrated Workplace Management System; Utilize document control processes and procedures to ensure the accurate creation, revision, approval, and distribution of all documentsGather documents for plotting to-scale equipment templates. Review for dimensional accuracyUtilize Tririga (Facilities Integrated Workplace Management System) for receiving Work Order requests and logging status updatesSkills:Working knowledge of AutoCAD software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent knowledge of architectural and engineering design principles. Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawingsThe ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environmentAbility to simultaneously support multiple teamsDemonstrated attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standardsEducation:A bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, design, or a similar field, or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of the semiconductor manufacturing processMinimum 4 years of experience as an AutoCAD designer/drafterOur Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
