Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities: The main function of a Business Systems Analyst is to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications.Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategiesGathers requirements from business units and translate those to programmers and developersPrepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementationDemonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunitiesSupports one or more highly complex business processesWorks on multiple projects as a project team memberServes as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needsKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.MBA or other related advanced degree preferred8-10 years' experience requiredBasic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functionsAbility to create business solutions that increase competitive advantageAbility to exercise good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutionsProject management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlinesAbility to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex detailsAbility to increase operating efficiency with produce high quality technical solutionsA high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge levelAbility to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutionsSr Business Analyst role plus some manual testing support requiredData analysis and ETL analysis experience (such as data modeling, Informatica, Snap Logic, or other data analysis experience)Adobe Campaign V7 or V8 experience preferredAdobe product experience preferred (Adobe Experience Cloud such as AEP, FAC, Campaign or Analytics)Manual testing experience including developing test plans and test casesGood communication skills, able to work directly with business partnersOur client is a leading financial services Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
