In addition to currently being the busiest ED in the AdventHealth System, the Gallup Company (measuring employee satisfaction) has rated us as having world-class employee satisfaction thanks to our family-minded, spiritually centered atmosphere.Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per weekShift: Nights, 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (with weekend rotation)Primary Job Responsibilities:* Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.* Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.* Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.* Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes in the medical record.What You Need to Succeed:* Associate of Science degree in Nursing* Current State of Florida or Multistate licensure as a Registered Nurse* Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification* Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification* Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certificationPhysical Requirements: (Please click the link below to view work requirements)Physical Requirements - https://tinyurl.com/49cf4xnfPay Range:$31.53 - $52.24This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
