Electrical Engineer – Aerospace & Defense ElectronicsWe are seeking an Electrical Engineer to support the full development lifecycle of aerospace and defense electrical and electronic systems and components. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, validation, and documentation of electrical hardware used in mission-critical applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on laboratory experience, strong technical writing skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and support the electrical hardware development lifecycle from concept through productionDesign, develop, test, and validate aerospace and defense electrical/electronic components and assembliesCreate and review schematics, wiring diagrams, test procedures, and engineering documentationPerform hands-on laboratory work including prototyping, debugging, troubleshooting, and validation testingSupport integration, qualification, and environmental testing activitiesCollaborate with mechanical, manufacturing, quality, and systems engineering teamsAnalyze test data and generate technical reports and presentationsEnsure compliance with applicable aerospace, military, and industry standardsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) requiredExperience working with electrical or electronic hardware developmentHands-on lab experience with electrical testing, instrumentation, and troubleshootingStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to read and create electrical schematics and technical drawingsFamiliarity with oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and other laboratory equipmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, defense, avionics, or other regulated industriesFamiliarity with PCB design, embedded systems, or power electronicsExperience supporting qualification or environmental testingKnowledge of MIL-STD, IPC, or aerospace quality standardsAbility to work independently and manage multiple engineering tasks simultaneously
