Won't you join us?Job Overview: The Finance Manager will partner with our Retail business and sales leaders to drive profitability through strong financial analysis and strategic insight. This position requires a highly developed analytical skill set with the ability to analyze and reconcile data, and work with appropriate supervision in completing the required finance functions. The Finance Manager works closely with the Sales leaders on pricing, new business opportunities, capital projects, and implementing profit improvement initiatives. The role requires the ability to connect facts and events that may initially appear unrelated but are critical to identifying, analyzing, and maximizing business unit profitability.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for understanding the business units' P&L and understanding all impacts to profitabilityWork with Sales Management in analyzing pricing and potential areas of opportunityReview business unit performance on monthly basis with management and provide financial analysis of variancesComplete monthly financial analysis and other reporting/ad hoc analysesAssist in the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecastingAssist with capital projects as neededWork with Sales on new strategic opportunities including costing and quotingAssist and partner with business leaders on implementation of profit improvement ideasSkills / Qualifications:BS degree in Finance, Economics, or related field5+ years of financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environmentAdvanced knowledge of Excel, OneStream, and SAP preferredAbility to work independentlyStrong communication skills (written and verbal), and the ability to interact with all levels of managementAnalytical and problem-solving skillsSelf-starter with an inquisitive natureAbility to quickly learn and assimilate new conceptsTechnical aptitude regarding operating systems and ability to learn new systems and processes quicklyAbility to address and resolve problems and issues as they occurTravel requirements up to 10%Total Rewards: We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package that includes:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceBasic and optional life insuranceShort‐ and long‐term disability coverage401(k) plan with company matchTuition assistanceFlexible spending accountsOur Commitment to a Diverse Workforce: FXI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
