Sr Engineer

Quality EngineerThe Quality Engineer will drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include supporting new model launches, designing tooling, managing quality systems, and addressing customer feedback. This role reports to the Plant Manager.Key Responsibilities:Ensure plant performance meets customer quality standards. Lead ISO 9001/TS 16949 compliance and manage quality systems. Oversee PPAPs, control plans, FMEAs, and internal audits. Support new product introductions and process improvements. Address customer issues and coordinate corrective actions. Provide training and manage inspector certification programs. Participate in quality reviews and management meetings. Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field or 5+ years of QA experience in manufacturing. ASQ certifications (preferred). Knowledge of APQP, ISO 9001/TS 16949, and lean manufacturing. Experience with SPC, CAD, and GD&T. Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
