Sr. Project Manager, Operational Transformation ProgramsOn behalf of our financial services client, Procom is searching for a Sr. Project Manager, Operational Transformation Programs for a 12-month role. This position is a remote position with the manager based in Denver, Colorado.Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and transforming client request processes. This role will play a critical part in enhancing the client experience and reducing the firm's cost of managing not-in-good-order (NIGO) requests while minimizing the intake of paper-based client requests.Responsibilities:• Lead the end-to-end management of multiple strategic projects.• Evaluate and analyze plans to understand program needs, challenges, and opportunities.• Develop clear and compelling communication materials, including PowerPoint presentations.• Effectively convey project objectives, progress, and outcomes to diverse audiences.• Develop executive-level leadership updates summarizing program objectives and progress.• Identify risks and dependencies, develop mitigation plans, and address challenges proactively.Mandatory Skills:• 6-10 years of experience managing large-scale projects in a complex, matrixed organization.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.• Deliver results under tight deadlines.• Program analysis and problem-solving skills.• Risk management expertise.• Executive updates and PowerPoint presentation development.Nice-to-Have Skills:• Experience in operational transformation programs.• Experience reducing paper-based processes and NIGO-related costs.• Financial services or banking background.• Regulatory and matrixed environment experience.Assignment Length:This is a 12-month contract position.Start Date:ASAP.Assignment Location:
