Field TechnicianAerocom Systems LLC | Remote/Travel | Full-Time | $50,000–$70,000 About the Role: Aerocom Systems LLC is one of the world's leading manufacturers of pneumatic tube systems (PTS) — the behind-the-scenes technology that powers hospitals, pharmacies, and large facilities across the country. We're growing fast and hiring two Field Technicians to join our installation and service team.This is a hands-on, travel-based role where you'll be on the front lines — installing, commissioning, and troubleshooting pneumatic tube systems at client sites nationwide. If you love working with your hands, solving problems in the field, and thrive independently, this is the role for you.What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day: Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to install and commission pneumatic tube systems (expect 1–2 week rotations)Read and interpret installation manuals, schematics, and work ordersPerform mechanical installation, control wiring, and system configurationTroubleshoot and resolve system malfunctions during setup and after go-liveSupervise subcontractors and ensure work meets project specificationsPerform preventative maintenance inspections on installed PTS systemsTrain and educate customers on system use and basic maintenanceComplete daily logs, work orders, and field reports in Spectrum by end of businessProvide after-hours and weekend phone support on a rotating scheduleSafely lift and move equipment up to 100+ lbs.; work on lifts and elevated platformsWhat We're Looking For: Must-Haves: Mechanical installation experience — piping, equipment, systems, or similar hands-on field workBasic electrical knowledge — wiring, controls, and troubleshootingPower tool proficiency — hand tools, power tools, and multimetersTravel availability — nationwide travel with 1–2 week rotationsSelf-motivated & documentation-driven — able to work from manuals and complete daily logsPhysical capability — ability to lift 100+ lbs. and work on lifts and elevated platformsExperience documenting service or installation reportsPrior experience working with contractors or on job sitesOSHA 30 certification (or willingness to obtain)Technical certification or an Associate's degree in a related fieldIdeal Backgrounds:We'd love to hear from you if you've worked in any of these fields: Telecommunications/cell tower installationHVAC systemsGas utilities/pipefittingIndustrial maintenanceElectrical installation or automationField service or construction environmentsCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: $50,000–$70,000 annually (commensurate with experience; paid via fluctuating workweek method per 29 CFR 778.114)Comprehensive health insuranceRetirement planCompany vehicle providedTraining & development — we'll teach you our systems; you bring the technical aptitudeCareer growth opportunities within a global organizationAccepting Application Until: April 30, 2026, or until position is filled Powered by JazzHR
