Role Description This is a full-time on-site Civil Litigation Paralegal position located in Indian Trail, NC. Areas of litigation include construction litigation, business litigation, estate litigation, and serious personal injury and wrongful death. The Civil Litigation Paralegal will assist attorneys by preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and reviewing case-related documents. Additional responsibilities include ensuring effective case management and supporting attorneys in day-to-day litigation tasks. Qualifications Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document ReviewStrong knowledge of Legal Research techniques and toolsExperience in drafting Pleadings and MotionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyAttention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityFamiliarity with civil litigation procedures and terminologyProficiency with legal software and technology is a plusParalegal certification or degree in Legal Studies is preferred
