Travel RN - Neonatal ICU

American Traveler is seeking an experienced travel RN for a Neonatal ICU position in a Level 2A Special Care Nursery, requiring prior special care newborn nursing experience and an active MA RN license.Job Details• Level 2A Special Care Nursery (NICU) setting,• Care provided to neonates during high-risk deliveries and in a Level 2 nursery,• Night shift schedule: 7p-7a, 3x12s (36 hrs/week),• Every other weekend required,• No on-call requirements,• Floating to Mother/Baby unit and Labor & Delivery required,Job Requirements• Active MA RN license currently in hand,• Current BLS (Healthcare Provider) certification required,• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required,• Minimum 2 years of experience in special care nursing of newborns,• Prior travel nursing experience required,• Two professional references required for consideration,Additional Information• Develop, implement, and modify individualized care plans for neonatal patients and their families,• Coordinate care across multiple disciplines and maintain communication with interdisciplinary team members,• Delegates selected activities to unlicensed assistive personnel within their scope of practice,• Provides patient and family education as appropriate,• Every other holiday coverage required,
