The team at Revelry is energetic, creative, and dedicated to customer love, fostering a supportive, collaborative, and diverse work environment in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area.This Position (Hybrid)As Revelry's Ecommerce Manager, you're responsible for all aspects of our website (Shopify Plus) including high-level strategy, merchandising, conversion optimization, customer journey, web development with our agency, site speed, SEO, and more. You will report to the VP of Marketing to help bridge the gap between campaigns and conversion.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end experience of our website, including the launch and management of all products and marketing promotions alongside our Marketing and Merchandising teamSupport resolution of issues related to data, product, pricing, promotions, content, orders, third-party integrations, etcOwn the relationship with our development agency to ensure optimal site performance and develop new features; maintain the budgetPartner with our digital marketing agency to optimize traffic coming from paid campaignsResponsible for reporting out on Google Analytics, Searchspring and A/B testing platforms on an ongoing basisOwn relationship with our review platform partner to understand new features and scale our on-site customer reviewsBuild our email marketing templates alongside the marketing team and help guide segmentation and strategyReport out on weekly KPIs as it relates to acquisition and the conversion funnelRequirements:Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related fieldProven experience (5 years) in e-commerce managementExperience with Shopify Plus, Searchspring and managing a product catalogStrong analytical and problem solving abilitiesProficient in reporting tools, such as Google AnalyticsSelf-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentLight CSS knowledge is a bonus but not required
