As part of our in-office expansion team in Edmond,OK, you’ll work directly with consumers and business clients to present customized product solutions, develop new client relationships, and support brand expansion through outreach and service excellence. Responsibilities
Professionally engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored product and service recommendations.
Deliver dynamic in-person presentations to individual customers and business clients.
Participate in daily strategy and goal-setting sessions with your team.
Support the development of new sales initiatives to reach untapped market segments.
Manage and track customer accounts, communication, and follow-ups using company tools.
Follow through with prospects to close sales and foster long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members to drive revenue and exceed sales goals.
Represent Tempest Elite Group at professional networking events and community outreach activities.
Continuously expand your knowledge of our service offerings and improve sales techniques through ongoing training.
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older.
No prior sales experience required – we provide comprehensive training.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competitive spirit with a desire to achieve and exceed personal and team goals.
Reliable transportation is required for on-site client engagement in Oklahoma City and Edmond, Oklahoma
Availability to work full-time hours, in our office.
