Senior AI Digital Product Manager

Job Description: Define and articulate the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your portfolio of digital health insurance products.Work closely with architecture, design, content, engineering, legal, compliance, and analytics teams to develop and launch high-quality digital products.Advocate for the user by integrating customer feedback, usability testing, and market research into product development.Analyze performance metrics and user data to identify trends, inform product decisions, and optimize product features.Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership.Roll up your sleeves and guide teams to resolve business, design, and engineering problems quickly and efficiently.Lead agile epic and feature development and refinement processes, including PI planning, backlog management, and prioritization of features.Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies for your subject areas.Requirements: 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare or digital products3+ years experience leading and delivering complex AI products incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models5+ years of experience incorporating artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language models into digital products to accelerate the development process or improve member experiencesProven track record of launching successful digital solutionsBenefits: medical, dental, and vision coveragepaid time offretirement savings optionswellness programsother resources, based on eligibility
