We're looking for dependable people who want to stay with us, build their skills, and grow with the company.What You'll DoMeticulous surface preparation: cleaning, sanding, priming, and prepping wood for optimal stain absorptionExpert application of premium stains, sealants, and finishes on fences, decks, cabinets, trim, siding, and other wood surfaces — both interior and exteriorAchieve perfect, even coverage with high attention to detail — no drips, overlaps, or inconsistenciesDeliver durable, UV-resistant results that protect against South Carolina's harsh weatherCollaborate with the team to meet tight timelines while maintaining impeccable quality standardsThorough cleanup at the end of each job — leave every site pristineCommunicate professionally with the crew lead and customersRequirementsMinimum 2+ years of professional painting experience. Interior and exterior applications.Proven work on fences, decks, cabinets, trim, and/or sidingExceptional attention to detail in prep, application, and finishingIn-depth knowledge of premium stains, sealants, and safety protocols for wood surfacesComfortable thinning, loading, and operating an airless or HVLP sprayer correctlyPortfolio of past wood staining or painting projects strongly preferredApplicants without verifiable experience will not be considered. No exceptions.Vehicle (Required)A reliable personal vehicle (truck, van, or SUV) capable of hauling your equipment. Vehicle must be unbranded — no signage, logos, or wraps from any paint, stain, pressure-washing, or related competing company.Reusable, Non-Disposable Equipment (Required)Applicants must own and bring their own durable tools, including (but not limited to):Sprayer (airless or HVLP)Extension ladder and step ladderBattery-powered drillsBrushes, rollers, roller frames, extension polesDrop cloths, buckets, scrapers, putty knives, sandersThe company provides all paint, stain, sealer, and consumables (tape, plastic, rags, sandpaper, caulk).Other RequirementsClean criminal record required. Because our painters work on and around our customers' homes and personal property, applicants must have a clean criminal background.
