Part-Time Property Inspector (Weekly)

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to perform weekly walk-through inspections of a property. This role is ideal for a retired or semi-retired professional, particularly someone with prior property management or facilities experience, who can identify and report any issues requiring attention. This role will be only once a week. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a thorough walk-through of the property once per week (approximately 1 hour) Observe and assess overall condition, including exterior and common areas (if applicable) Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or unusual activity Check for cleanliness, damage, or needed repairs Ensure basic property standards are being maintained Submit a brief written or verbal report after each visit Notify owner/manager promptly of any urgent issues Qualifications: Prior experience in property management, maintenance, or related field preferred Strong attention to detail and observational skills Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Ability to communicate clearly and concisely Comfortable working independently Ideal for a senior or retired professional seeking light, flexible work Compensation: Hourly or flat weekly rate (to be discussed) Schedule: Approximately 1 hour per week (flexible timing) Pay: From $50.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
