You bring a consultative mindset, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence outcomes at every level.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)5-7+ years of experience managing large regional or enterprise accountsProven success in contract negotiation, forecasting, and budgetingStrong relationship-building and client management backgroundProficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, GoldMine, etc.) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent presentation, communication, and influencing skillsKnowledge of HVAC/R or construction/service industries preferredAbility to manage multiple priorities and drive organizational initiatives across teamsWillingness to travel up to 30%Continuously able to work in office environment/remotelyContinuously able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a copy machine, telephone, and computer printerContinuously able to sit at a computer for up to 8 hoursAble to alternate between sitting and standing, as needed throughout the dayOccasionally able to lift up to 15 Continuously requires vision, hearing, twisting, and talkingOccasionally requires walking, lifting, carrying, reaching, kneeling, pushing/pulling, bending, and crouchingRarely requires climbingAbility to travel up to 30%
