Request inventory via the NERP system, partnering with supply chain and demand fulfillment teams to ensure timely shipments.Data Forecasting: Gather and accurately input inventory forecasts for mobile devices and accessories into the GSCM system during critical program launches.Contract Coordination: Proofread vendor contracts for absolute accuracy, assist leadership in executing agreements, upload final copies to corporate repositories, and maintain pristine records. Departmental Operations & Employee ManagementTeam Coordination: Manage daily employee operations, handle shift scheduling, distribute team duties, and directly participate in onboarding and training new hires.Performance & Promotions: Support business growth by monitoring employee performance, coordinating with division leads, managing sales promotions, and identifying ideal goods/services to be sold.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing leads to submit program approval requests through the corporate portal, track status, and work alongside the Procurement department to finalize marketing vendors.Experience & EducationDegree: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a closely related field.Overall Career Profile: 2-5 years of total professional experience.Specialized Experience: A minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience in an operations coordinator, accounts payable support, or specialized administrative role performing similar data-driven tasks.Payroll Exposure: Prior experience dealing with payroll processing workflows and handling wage attachments is highly valued.#IND
