As our Veterinary Practice Manager, you will be at the heart of our operation, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. We require a minimum of 3 years of veterinary management experience in a multi-doctor setting. Duties include but are not limited to Human Resources/Personnel Management Hiring and training new team members Creating team schedule Monitor and boost team morale through education, coaching, counseling Knowledge of Labor Law, DEA regulations, VMA regulations, Safety, & OSHA compliance Help increase practice revenue & business Our ideal candidate will think-outside-the-box and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. They will have the ability to make decisions, delegate responsibility and achieve results. The candidate will be able to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
