Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Miami, FL, for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving sales revenue. The role includes developing sales strategies, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Regular collaboration with internal teams to execute sales goals and meet business objectives is expected. Qualifications Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing dealsProficiency in building and maintaining client relationships to identify and address their unique needsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholdersAnalytical and strategic thinking abilities to craft fit-for-purpose solutions for customersProblem-solving aptitude, negotiation, and conflict-resolution expertiseFamiliarity with CRM tools and sales metricsKnowledge of telecommunications or technology industry is an advantageBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
