We want to know what inspires the fire inside of you.Thank you again for your interest in Bertucci's!Responsible for overall cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant.Primary responsibilities: Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:Sweeping ashes, starting brick oven fires, cleaning and/ or vacuuming floor space, putting down chairs, dusting, cleaning restrooms, emptying trash, restocking cleaning supplies and toiletries, and keeping the Manager informed of all property faultsSweeps and mops restaurant floorsSweeps and vacuums carpets and floor matsPolishes all brass items using the designated cleaning agent and equipmentReplaces light bulbs in light fixtures as needed according to operationsRemoves trash from within the restaurant area and disposes of in the appropriate containerPicks up and disposes in a dumpster all trash from the parking lot and landscape areaAssisting other employees as neededRequirementsPosition Requirements:* Must be at least 18 years old
