Extension is seeking a Process Engineer for a direct-hire opportunity with one of our clients located in Ripon, WI!OverviewJoin a leading manufacturer in a high-volume, vertically integrated production environment. This hands-on Process Engineer role supports assembly and finishing operations, driving improvements in safety, quality, efficiency, and cost.Key ResponsibilitiesImprove manufacturing processes related to safety, quality, throughput, and costSupport assembly and finishing lines through troubleshooting and process optimizationConduct time studies, capability studies, and root cause analysisLead continuous improvement and Kaizen initiativesDevelop work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and process documentationSupport equipment implementation and cross-functional engineering projectsQualificationsBS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field2+ years of manufacturing engineering experienceExperience with Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, process mapping, and continuous improvementBackground in metal fabrication, stamping, forming, or finishing environments preferredCreo and AutoCAD experience a plusSchedule & CompensationMonday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM$85,000–$105,000 annually
