Administrative Support Coordinator Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMThe client is seeking a highly reliable, professional, and detail-oriented candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing and office environment.Position SummaryUnder general supervision, this position is responsible for performing administrative duties of moderate scope and complexity requiring independent judgment, organizational skills, and familiarity with standard office procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to various departments within a combined manufacturing and office environmentOrganize, scan, and file critical operational records with close attention to detail, including part numbers, serial numbers, and related documentationAccurately enter detailed information into the Traceability database while adhering to quality standards, naming conventions, and file storage proceduresMaintain office and kitchen supply inventory and ensure areas remain organized and stockedProcess incoming and outgoing site mail deliveries dailyMonitor and route voicemail messages from the primary phone line appropriatelySupport site visitors by scheduling conference rooms, coordinating catering, and assisting with visitor sign-in proceduresMaintain organization and cleanliness of the lobby areaAssist with physical file storage organization, year-end boxing of records, and preparation of documents for off-site storageFollow all company protocols related to safety, export control, and communication proceduresUtilize Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat to organize documentation, track progress, and communicate effectivelyQualifications & RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of related office or administrative experience, or demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities listed aboveEducational certificate in a related functional area preferredStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage detailed documentation accuratelyPositive attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent supportAbility to work effectively with others and contribute as a participative team playerExperience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and ExcelFamiliarity with office equipment, administrative procedures, and office terminologyAbility to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPMStrong computer proficiency required Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
