Our fast-moving Italian café in Venice Beach is looking for a reliable and upbeat team member who can jump in wherever needed, from crafting drinks to supporting the kitchen. What You’ll Do Prepare high-quality espresso beverages and specialty drinks Support the kitchen with food prep including pinsa, pastries, and Sicilian dishes Greet guests, take orders, and deliver a welcoming customer experience Process transactions accurately using our POS system Keep the workspace clean, organized, and compliant with food safety standards Assist with daily opening and closing procedures What We’re Looking For Positive attitude and strong team spirit Comfortable handling basic food prep and kitchen responsibilities Confident with cash handling and digital ordering systems Genuine interest in Italian cuisine and coffee craftsmanship Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train motivated beginners Position Details Part-time Starting at $18 per hour Flexible scheduling with day and evening shifts available Employee discount on food and beverages Paid onboarding and training On-site position in Venice Beach If you’re ready to grow with a supportive team and bring energy to every shift, we’d love to meet you.
