With advanced technology, expanding clinics and telehealth services that bring specialists to our patients, we're growing to meet the needs of tomorrow-while keeping care local today.About the Role:The Marketing and Digital Content Coordinator (Part-Time) plays a crucial role in supporting the marketing function by creating, managing, and optimizing digital content across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement. This position is responsible for coordinating content development, scheduling, and distribution to ensure consistent messaging aligned with PPGH's marketing strategy. The coordinator will analyze digital campaign performance and audience engagement metrics to recommend improvements and support data-driven decision-making. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to produce compelling content that resonates with target audiences. Ultimately, this role contributes to driving customer acquisition and retention through effective digital marketing initiatives while managing time efficiently within a part-time schedule.Minimum Qualifications:.High School or GED equivalent.A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing or content coordination.Strong understanding of mainstream social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging digital channels.Experience creating engaging content and graphics using programs such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design softwareStrong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.Must be able to work independently, manage multiple deadlines and maintain brand consistency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or background inAbility to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar analytics software.Previous experience working in a part-time or flexible work environment.Responsibilities:Develop, edit, and publish digital content such as blog posts, social media updates, email newsletters, and website copy.Coordinate content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials across multiple digital channels.Monitor and report on the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Collaborate with other creative professionals to produce engaging multimedia content.Assist in managing social media accounts by responding to comments, engaging with followers, and growing the online community.Maintain brand consistency and adhere to company guidelines in all digital communications.Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve content strategies.Assist with photography and basic video content for marketing useSupport internal communication and employee engagement initiativesMaintain organized marketing files, photos, and digital assetsAssist with hospital events and community outreach activities as neededSkills:The required skills enable the coordinator to efficiently create and manage digital content that aligns with marketing goals, ensuring clear and engaging communication with the target audience. Proficiency in social media tools allows for streamlined content publishing and scheduling, which is essential for maintaining a consistent online presence. Strong communication skills are used daily to craft compelling messages and collaborate effectively with team members and external partners. Preferred skill such as graphic design enhance the quality and reach of digital content, making campaigns more impactful. Analytical skills are applied to interpret performance data, guiding strategic adjustments that improve engagement and conversion rates.Flexible hours. My work days, nights, weekends. 20 hours per week.This position is budgeted for 20 hours per week. Eligible for shift differential as applicable. This is an hourly position.
