We are now looking for a Software Service Training Specialist to join our global Software Training & Validation Solutions team.In this role, you will develop and deliver high‑quality software training that enables Elekta’s global Support, Installation, and Upgrade teams to successfully deploy and support our solutions worldwide.What You’ll Do At ElektaAs a Software Service Training Specialist, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging learning experiences using a mix of eLearning, instructor‑led training (ILT), and virtual instructor‑led training (VILT). You will work closely with Solution Leads and Subject Matter Experts to ensure training content aligns with product releases, quality standards, and learner needs.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Content Creation & DeliveryDevelop and deliver software training content using the ADDIE instructional design methodologyCreate technical training (installation, upgrades, troubleshooting) and application/workflow trainingDesign and maintain eLearning modules, videos, screen recordings, and animationsDeliver virtual and in‑person training sessions to global audiencesCollaborate with Subject Matter Experts and Training Solution Leads to align training with release schedulesMaintain and continuously improve training materials based on product updates and learner feedbackSupport multiple product lines across the Elekta portfolioTraining Deployment & TrackingDeploy training content to Elekta’s Learning Management System (LMS)Track attendance and training completion for ILT and VILT coursesMaintain required Content Developer and Instructor qualifications in Elekta systemsCommunicate new learning and upskilling opportunities to relevant stakeholdersE&T Cloud System SupportDeploy, troubleshoot, and maintain E&T Cloud virtual training environmentsPerform ongoing system hygiene and maintenance in collaboration with Infrastructure & Cloud teamsRequired QualificationsWhat we’re looking forDegree or diploma in Instructional Design, Education, IT, or equivalent practical experience3+ years of experience in software support, installation, upgrades, or a comparable technical roleProven ability to explain and document complex technical conceptsExcellent written and verbal business‑level English communication skillsStrong collaboration skills and experience working across time zones and culturesAvailability and eligibility for domestic and international travelTechnical & Instructional Experience (Desired)Experience with instructional design and adult learning methodologieseLearning development experience (e.g., Rise 360 or similar tools)Video creation and editing experience (e.g., Camtasia)Experience delivering complex content in classroom or virtual settingsFamiliarity with Learning Management SystemsExperience with Microsoft Azure (AZ‑900 level or similar), Citrix virtualization, or PowerShellKnowledge of radiotherapy workflows and Elekta software solutions is a strong plusWhat We OfferThe opportunity to work with cutting‑edge medical technology that makes a real differenceA collaborative, international working environmentCompetitive compensation and comprehensive benefitsProfessional development and continuous learning opportunitiesHow To ApplyWe look forward to receiving your application.
