Our team supports SOCOTEC’s specialized building envelope, forensic, sustainability, energy efficiency, code advisory and commissioning groups.SOCOTEC offers competitive salary and benefits, mentorship, training, and social activities.SOCOTEC is proud to announce that it has been officially certified as a Great Place to Work by the renowned global authority on workplace culture, Great Place to Work®.Job DescriptionThe Senior Engineer will oversee consulting projects in the following areas: Structural Inspections Reserve Studies Water Intrusion Investigation Property Turnover Surveys Concrete Restoration Painting and Waterproofing Asset Life cycle Analysis (ROI) Property Conditions Surveys Asphalt Pavement Evaluations Drainage, Erosion, and Settlement Roof Consulting & Design Expert Witness Services Seawalls & Retaining Walls Building Sciences Project Management Building Envelope (O.A.R.)
