Now Hiring: Home Health SchedulerWe are seeking a reliable, organized, and dedicated (Part Time- could go to Full Time) Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in coordinating care services and supporting daily operations across multiple locations. Responsibilities:Schedule and coordinate home health staff assignments efficientlyCommunicate with caregivers, clients, and office team membersManage last-minute changes and ensure continuity of careMaintain accurate scheduling records and documentationRequirements:Must be comfortable receiving after-hours calls and text messages from the owner and teamMust be willing to commute between our Venice and Sarasota offices as neededMust be available to be on-call during weekends (On-Call weekend pay will be discussed at interview)Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple prioritiesMust have High School diploma / some college or trade school knowledgeWhat We're Looking For:Dependable and flexible team playerProfessional attitude with strong attention to detailPrior scheduling or healthcare experience preferred.
