Sales Engineer (Audio/Video) - Midwest

Interactive Digital Solutions LLC is currently looking for a full-time Sales Engineer to join our Midwest Team. Position will be required to report to our Noblesville, IN office for 2-3 days a week. Overview: The Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting assigned Sales Team as a technical expert on the products and services proposed to our customers. Assists with quote creation, attends customer demonstrations and presentations, serves as post sales technical expert, and serve s as a bridge between Sales and Customer Support to ensure customer needs are not missed. Responsibilities: Serve as post sales technical expert of Audio/Video equipment and software for Sales Team Assist with quote creation to ensure customer product needs are met and project hours are properly calculated Assist with the creation and completion of Scope of Work documentation Attend and/or lead customer demonstrations and presentations Serve as a bridge between Sales and Customer Care Center to ensure customer needs are not missed Requirements: 5+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Industry-relate certification or accreditation (AVIXA, Zoom, Logitech, Microsoft, etc.) preferred. Provide portfolio, examples of past work (project drawings, pictures, etc.) preferred. Live in the Midwest region of the United States.
