Production Support Electrical EngineerWe are seeking a Production Support Electrical Engineer for the third shift, Monday Friday from 11pm to 8am. This is an onsite position at Tucson, AZ.Day to Day Responsibilities:Resolve production and supplier issues, including troubleshooting and coordinating corrective actionsMaintain and update technical drawings and documentation, including preparing change packages for review boardsDiagnose hardware failures using a range of electronic test equipment and analysis toolsEvaluate defects and yield data to drive process improvements and reduce recurring failuresCollaborate with suppliers, create Statements of Work, and support general electrical engineering activities in production environmentsQualifications You Must Have:Core Technical Skills (Non-negotiables)Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3-5 years prior relevant experience.Experience with digital, analog, RF and/or mixed signal testing and/or debugging complex circuit card assemblies and/or electro-mechanical systemsExperience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, function generators, power supplies, etc.Ability to interpret schematics, PCB layouts, and BoMs.Strong written and verbal communication skillsDesired Skills (Nice-to-Have)Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardwareBackground in designing electronic or electro optical subsystems, including circuit design, assembly processes, and fabrication practicesFamiliarity with engineering and analysis tools across electrical design, simulation, and measurement domainsExperience with subsystem integration, testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement methodologiesAbility to work independently or within small teams while providing technical guidance, coordination, and project oversightU.S. Citizen, U.S. Person, or Immigration Status Requirements:Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
