As a member of Aerotek's Strategic Delivery Operations team, you will create alternative delivery solutions to support Aerotek's largest and most valuable clients. As a Strategic Delivery Recruiter you will impact both our candidates and customers by finding the right people for the right jobs. You will Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools Screen and interview qualified candidates Perform various customer service related activities Provide local market, skill set and client specific intelligence to team leads and provide strategic recommendations Partner with Applicant Sourcers, Contractor Care Reps, and Vendor Management Specialists to deliver a great candidate experience Work with the Strategic Delivery leadership to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments Give back to your community by volunteering and partnering with various philanthropic organizations Aerotek offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary to $55,000 with the opportunity to continue earning commission and performance-based incentives (quarterly bonuses, all-expense paid trip, company funded investment plan).
