No H1B or OPT.This job is an inside sales role at office, with no remote or hybrid setup.Here's What You'll Be DoingThis is a mid-market inside sales closer role responsible for managing inbound leads through the sales pipeline. Compensation includes a base salary (based on experience) plus commission on closed sales along with incentives like with SPIFs, attractive accelerators and no cliff.Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer engagement to exceed assigned sales targetsYou would be spending most of your time in closing since we generate almost 100% inbound leads through intent driven marketing automationTrack activity in CRM, and leverage leading-edge marketing and sales automation products to engage in high-velocity SaaS salesLead discovery, demos, pricing and follow-up calls handling objections and selling value proposition and product-problem fitYou would be expected to close 20 to 30 deals a year to meet you quotaOwn and understand the customers' needs on business and technical level to be a trusted advisor solving customer problemsWhat Does Success Look Like?Own and manage sales excellence in inbound lead closure, forecasting, pipeline development, and CRM opportunity managementCollaborate cross-functionally to maximize probability within target opportunities while driving relationships and credibility with key decision-makersLaser focus on sales targets with a drive to overachieveRequired Experience and Qualifications3+ years of relevant sales and business development experience in software sellingA bachelor's degree in science or humanitiesTech-savvy and naturally fluent and comfortable with technology- we are a leading-edge tech companyFamiliarity with and ability to work on HubSpot, MS Office, contact databases like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, and related sales tools and technologiesAbility to present value proposition through demo, narrative and be able to create focussed powerpoint presentations specific to customer needsUnderstanding of sales processes and methodologies and the ability to qualify buyer interest and identify target customersStrong English language skills in verbal and written communication to be a concise and coherent storytellerAt RoboMQ, you'll get the opportunity to work in a fast-moving, award-winning high growth SaaS companyOpen and collaborative work environment with easy access to leadership and opportunity for growthCompetitive OTE package with 50:50 split between experience-based salary and commissions with no ceiling on earningsWork Location: Vienna, Virginia (At Office, no Hybrid or Remote)Position type: Full timeCompensation: OTE of 50:50 salary and commissions split, SPIFs, and accelerators with no cliff and benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO and disabilityRoboMQ is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
