Dance Instructor

Location: Weston, FL Timeline: September - January, preferably through May. Start date: September 3rd Must be available on Thursdays 3:15 - 4:15 PM Responsibilities: Ability to teach beginner ballet for elementary students Engage, encourage, and motivate students to reach their goals. Evaluate student performance and make recommendations for improvement. Conduct group and private lessons as required. Provide a fun and creative environment. Keep up to date in your discipline and implement any changes to the dance routines and curriculum as needed. Qualifications: Previous teaching experience required. Excellent communication skills. Energetic, driven, creative, and dependable. Demonstrate patience and leadership skills. Valid Driver's License & car to drive to/from classes Compensation & Benefits: Part time schedule High hourly compensation Potential quarterly bonus Job Types: Part-time, Temporary Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour Benefits: Referral program Work Location: In person
