Veterans are strongly encouraged to apply.What You'll DoDevelop, maintain, and adjust production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and operational prioritiesCoordinate with Manufacturing, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to align schedules with capacity and demandMonitor production progress and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or constraintsAnalyze material availability and inventory levels to ensure uninterrupted productionCreate and maintain factory orders, routings, and production documentationPrepare and issue purchase orders to domestic and international vendors; ensure timely acknowledgmentMaintain vendor pricing and support supply chain accuracyUtilize scheduling and ERP systems to track timelines, status, and performance metricsPrepare production and scheduling reports for management reviewProvide back‑up support to front desk operations as needed (phone and visitor reception)Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standardsPerform additional related duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in production scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, or manufacturing operationsStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skillsProficiency with scheduling software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel required)Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross‑functionallyAbility to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced manufacturing environmentHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyWhat We OfferMedical, dental, and vision insurance for you and your familyCompetitive salaryBonus programs401K retirement planTraining opportunitiesTuition reimbursementPaid vacation, PTO, and holidaysGym reimbursements, and more!Join us and be a part of a team that values your contributions and supports your goals!The Dixon Group is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local fair employment practices and laws.
