To accelerate our development in France, we are looking for an experienced Commercial Agent to promote our product range and develop long-term customer relationships.Your MissionAs our Commercial Agent based on the Mediterranean Coast of France, you will represent our portfolio in your territory and actively grow sales by developing a strong customer base and driving commercial performance.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell our product portfolio to existing and prospective B2B customersIdentify, approach and onboard new customers in the assigned territoryVisit customers regularly and manage relationships in a professional and structured wayGenerate qualified leads and follow up on commercial opportunitiesProvide market intelligence: competitor activity, pricing trends, customer feedback, and key developmentsSupport the sales process by collecting orders and transmitting them to the company for validation and confirmationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure strong customer satisfaction and sustainable growthContribute to annual sales planning and business development priorities for the territoryCandidate RequirementsMandatory requirements:Proven experience as a commercial agent or sales professional in a B2B environmentStrong knowledge of the Italian market within the marine and boating industry (required)Excellent customer network and ability to open doorsStrong negotiation skills and commercial disciplineProfessional autonomy, reliability, and long-term mindsetAbility to work with structured pricing policies and company sales conditionsFluent FrenchGood English communication skillsWorking Model & ConditionsIndependent agent role, managing your own organization and resources. This is a field-based role and the agent has no obligation to work from a Brunswick Marine office.
