Job Description Salary: $25.00 - $40.00 depending on qualificationsCommercial Exterior Cladding Carpenters & PEMB ErectorsGypsum Systems LLC, based in Elma, NY, is a leader in commercial construction specializing in framing, drywall, ceilings, millwork, and building envelope systems. We are actively seeking experienced carpenters and field assemblers with a focus on exterior cladding systems and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB) to join our team.Opportunities available from Skilled Carpenters to Foreman-level leadership.Possible negotiated signing bonusResponsibilities:Install a variety of commercial exterior cladding systems, including metal panels, composite panels, siding systems, and trimsAssemble and install components for Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), including wall and roof systemsRead and interpret architectural and shop drawingsPerform layout and ensure installations meet project specifications and tolerancesLead and supervise crews (Foreman roles)Work safely at heights using lifts, scaffolding, and fall protection systemsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsiteCoordinate with other trades to meet project schedulesPerform other duties as requiredJob Requirements:Minimum 18 years of ageExperience with exterior cladding and/or PEMB constructionAbility to read blueprints and construction documentsComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsReliable transportation to job sites throughout Western New YorkAbility to lift 50 lbs.Strong commitment to jobsite safetyPreferred Qualifications:Experience with metal panel systems, IMPs (insulated metal panels), and rainscreen assembliesPEMB experience including steel erection, wall girts, and roof purlinsLeadership experience for Foreman candidatesStrong attention to detail and quality workmanshipCompensation and benefit package includes:401k with employer contributionPTO(6) paid holidaysMedical InsurancePay will be commensurate with qualifications, skill level, and productivity levelPossible negotiated signing bonus
