Administrative AssistantWe are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Client Processor to support a fast-paced Financial Services environment. This role is primarily responsible for the accurate handling of trade-related documents, including scanning, indexing, and dispatching materials, while supporting additional operational tasks as needed. The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, works with speed and accuracy, and is flexible in taking on a variety of responsibilities.
Work Location: Onsite (Office-based)- Lake Mary
Work Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:30 AM 5:00 PM EST
Contract Duration: 4-month contract- can extend
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess trade-related documentation, including scanning, indexing, and dispatching documents
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and proper handling of all client and trade documents
Maintain organized electronic and physical records
Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned
Collaborate with team members to meet daily workload demands and deadlines
Adhere to internal procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)Fluent spoken and written English communication skills
Strong PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other standard office applications
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
Flexibility with assigned tasks, work timing, and scope of responsibility
High school diploma required; some college coursework preferred
