Learn more at FuturePlan.com.Position SummaryThe Retirement Plan Coordinator is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. This position will be responsible for working with clients to transition them onto the CORE system, ensuring the system is set up to meet the client’s needs and then continuing to provide ongoing support to the client. This position will be evaluated on the ability to meet superior service goals as defined by management.Duties And ResponsibilitiesComplete understanding the individual client payroll requirements and turnaround time. Reconcile the file received to what is loaded to the Recordkeeper ensuring everything is balancedSupport incoming client emails and calls regarding payroll questions ensure quick and accurate responses are providedPerform other activities related to the payroll process including audit or error reviewsCollaborate with internal and external departments in aligning and implementing sophisticated payroll experienceMaintain knowledge of the system, documenting and updating proceduresCommunicate significant issues and exceptions to an appropriate higher level of authority within the organization in a timely mannerOther duties assigned by managementBasic/Minimum QualificationsAssociate Degree or relative work experienceMinimum 2 years payroll experienceStrong background in customer serviceAbility to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritiesDemonstrated ability to ensure confidentiality of dataPossess excellent written and verbal communicationTeam player, willing to help out where neededSelf-motivated, ability to work independentlyStrong organization skills, attention to detail, and follow through to resolve any outstanding issues.
