We are seeking a full-time and PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Medford, Oregon at Avamere Three Fountains. This 117-bed skilled nursing community is part of a larger campus that includes a health club and swimming pool that can be used for therapy. Other amenities include a large therapy gym, therapy kitchen, break area and excellent SLP space with quiet office.
