Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Commercial Sales Manager based in St. Louis Park, MN. In this role, you will lead efforts to identify new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, setting team goals, and collaborating with other departments to help expand the company's client base, grow revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will work closely with team members to provide effective sales coaching and drive continuous improvement in sales performance. Qualifications Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to build and nurture client relationships effectivelyProven experience in Sales and Sales Management with a focus on achieving and exceeding targetsBusiness Planning expertise to develop strategic sales plans and drive revenue growthLeadership skills to mentor and guide a sales team toward excellenceAbility to collaborate across departments to ensure seamless execution of projectsFamiliarity with the smart home and commercial technology industry is preferred but not requiredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous
