Pattern Maker

A leading apparel brand is seeking a highly experienced Patternmaker to support activewear development. This is a hands-on role focused on precision, fit, and performance, working closely with design and technical teams to bring product to life.Key Responsibilities:• Develop original, production-ready patterns aligned with brand standards• Translate design sketches into accurate, executable patterns• Conduct fittings and make adjustments to ensure optimal fit and performance• Utilize Gerber, Lectra, or similar CAD systems for digital patternmaking• Maintain detailed documentation of pattern revisions and updates• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members• Stay current on fabrics, construction methods, and performance apparel trendsQualifications:• Minimum 15 years of patternmaking experience with a strong focus on activewear• Deep expertise in garment construction, grading, and fit standards• Proficiency in both manual and digital patternmaking (Gerber, Lectra, or comparable systems)• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
