Senior Legal Counsel - Construction

Location: New York, NYSalary: 175,000 - 215,000 base + bonus incentives + benefits packagePosition Overview:We are working with a leader in design and construction, delivering workplaces for global organizations. They are looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their New York-office.You will play a key role in structuring and negotiating project agreements, managing legal risk, and supporting the successful delivery of construction and design & build projects across the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Draft and negotiate a variety of project agreements, including design & build, and construction contractsAdvise on contract strategy, risk allocation, and commercial terms across multiple project lifecyclesCollaborate with project delivery and commercial teams across the businessProvide guidance on disputes and resolution, including contractual claimsRequirements:Admitted to the New York Bar (or eligible for admission)3+ years experience in construction or design & build contractsExposure to project-based environmentsIf this interests you, apply, or reach me directly: dhill@hpexec.com
