About the OpportunityThis fast-growing industrial manufacturing business looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support continued commercial expansion across key markets.This role is focused on driving new business, building relationships, and growing revenue within a diverse customer base across industrial and manufacturing sectors.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities across industrial markets Build and manage a pipeline of prospects and active opportunities Engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to close Maintain and grow existing customer relationships Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, operations, etc.) to deliver strong commercial outcomes Track activity, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM systems Stay up to date with market trends and customer requirements Experience Required:Experience in B2B sales or business development within: Manufacturing Industrial products or services Metals, components, or related sectors A proactive approach to winning and developing business Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple opportunities and prioritize effectively Comfortable working in a field-based / customer-facing role Experience using CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus Why Consider This Role:Opportunity to join a growing, commercially focused business Blend of new business development and account growth High level of autonomy with strong internal support Clear path to make a visible impact on revenue growth
