Control System Test Engineer
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills:Experience in designing, developing, and validating Requirement Based Testing, System Integration Testing, Functional Testing, End to End Validation and Fault Injection Testing.Experience of Automotive communication using CAN, J1939, OBD and UDS protocolsExperience in Test Automation using CAPL Scripting, NI TestStand, Python and Automation Framework developmentExperience in coordination and collaborate with cross-functional teams, like system integration team, and software team.Expertise in tools like Vector CANoe/CANape, HIL, RV&S, Gitlab and OEM calibration toolsExperience in MIL/SIL testingAUTOSAR application development would be an added advantageRequire Battery Management System Domain knowledgeRoles & Responsibilities:Analyze System Requirements, Functional Requirements, Safety Requirements, and Customer SpecificationsReview BMS architecture, interface specifications, and diagnostic requirements.Identify testable requirements and define verification strategies.Create System Test Plans, Test Specifications, Test Procedures, and Test Schedules.Develop system-level test cases for BMS functionalitiesConfigure and maintain test benches and HIL environmentsConfigure communication networks such as CAN, CAN FD, LIN, and EthernetEstablish requirement traceability between requirements and test casesIdentify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ALM, or RV&SCollaborate with software, hardware, and system engineers to resolve issuesConduct Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing using dSPACE, NI teststand, or equivalent platformsPerform fault injection and safety mechanism validationDeliver as per defined Change Request and Configuration Management process and adhere to ASPICE standards.
