Bartender
Bartender Job Description
Weber's bartenders are expected to follow drink recipes, uphold team standards, tend to bar guests, make craft cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Must be knowledgeable about different types of drinks and be able to make recommendations to customers based on their preferences. Bartenders will also be responsible for full meal service to guests at the bar and occasionally take tables.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers
Interact with customers and make recommendations based on their preferences
Handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean and organized bar area
Stock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Responsible for other opening and closing duties
Requirements:
Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role
Knowledge of different types of drinks and how to make them
Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to handle emergency and stressful situations like resolving customer conflicts
Ability to make quick decisions
Ability to create a positive and welcoming customer experience
Regular, predictable attendance is an essential function of this role, with limited tolerance for unplanned absences or last-minute call-offs
