FINE DINING SERVERS & BARTENDERS are at the heart of coordinating orders from the guests, as well as serving our delicious food menu & libations, while providing friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our guests.Responsibilities:Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant.Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing and concerns or special requests.Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance dining experience.Process payments with precision.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.Clean and prepare the dining areas and bar.​Experience:FINE DINING EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.WINE EXPERIENCE PREFERRED.Previous experience in server role required (2 years).Knowledge of dining etiquette and service standards.Ability to build rapport with guests.Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintain attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with Resy and Toast is a plus!Join our team as a SERVER to showcase your culinary knowledge, provide top-notch customer service, and contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.
