Marketing Director

Our client is seeking a creative, hands-on Marketing Director to lead and execute their marketing strategy across digital and traditional platforms. The ideal candidate is both strategic and tactical—comfortable creating content, managing campaigns, and engaging with the community while maintaining brand consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update the company website Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generationOwn and manage all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)Create engaging content including posts, graphics, and video reelsWork with external vendors (printers, designers, media partners) to support marketing initiativesEnsure quality, consistency, and timely delivery of marketing materialsDesign and produce brochures, pamphlets, and other marketing materialsMaintain consistent branding across all print and digital assetsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred1–5 years of marketing experience (entry-level candidates with strong portfolios encouraged to apply)Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Canva requiredExperience managing social media platforms and creating video content (reels)Strong communication and organizational skillsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environmentInterest in construction, real estate, or home services is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary based on experienceMedical and health insurance401(k) planPaid Time Off (PTO)
