Credentialing Manager

Primary Responsibilities/Requirements:Credential all licensed providers. Physicians, PA's, NP's, PT's, OT'sWork with all necessary hospitals to get privileges for providersRenew licenses and DEAs for providersEnroll any new locations or any new product lines with payer networkRe-validate/re-enroll when each provider is due to for each payer networkMinimum two years AR/Credentialing experience requiredKnowledge of medical billing and codingThorough knowledge of legal and regulatory compliance, including HIPAAAbility to communicate well with patients, physicians and staffSelf-motivated and ability to work independentlyAbility to utilize software applications to process applicationsAssist with other duties as assignedMust also possess:HS/GED requiredAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlineOutstanding organizational, verbal and writing skillsIndependent and highly motivatedInitiative and self-disciplineProven positive, "teamwork" attitude in work historyPhysical Demands:Must be able to use arms, hands, and fingers skillfullyConstant sitting for long periods of timeMust be agile and able to work efficiently in space limited areasConsistently work at a productive paceEducation Requirements:High School DiplomaBachelor's Degree or related experience in Physician practice credentialingProgressive experience in provider credentialing, medical coding, and/or billingEqual Opportunity Employer
