An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist with oncology and outpatient experience to support a specialty rehabilitation unit focused on comprehensive patient recovery. The area combines small-town charm with proximity to regional healthcare and educational resources, supporting a balanced lifestyle.Responsibilities:Provide skilled physical therapy services to inpatients on the Farnum Rehabilitation Unit, a 24-bed specialty unit.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team including physicians, rehabilitation nurses, occupational and recreational therapists, speech pathologists, dieticians, and social workers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.Focus on patient-centered care aimed at physical restoration following various disabling conditions.Document patient progress and communicate effectively with team members and patients' families.Ensure safety and compliance with clinical protocols and standards.Qualifications & Desired Experience:Licensed Physical Therapist with current credentials.Proven oncology and outpatient experience.Strong clinical and interpersonal skills to support multidisciplinary collaboration.Ability to adapt treatment approaches for complex rehabilitation needs.
